Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

MBSR is the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn developed at UMASS Medical School in 1979. It is an evidence-based intensive 8-week training in mindfulness meditation. Originally designed for people with chronic pain and illness it is applicable to all who experience stress and the challenges of everyday living (that would include us all). Join me in this potentially life changing course. Offered several times a year. Next class TBA Winter/Spring 2025.

Meditation Class

An Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation: 5-Week Series.

Learn the basics of mindfulness meditation in this practical 4-week course. Experience breath and body awareness, formal practice and mindfulness in everyday life, loving-kindness meditation, and more. Offered several times a year in-person and on-line.
